I am a bilingual writer mostly writing about business based on my experience as the HR director in several companies in Tokyo, leading more intercultural communication issues than normal HR administration. It sounds like a cliche that communication is the key of business, yet many organizations are stuck with this simple phenomenon. Sometimes it’s just a comedy, and sometimes it can be a serious bottleneck of business. As an insider, I write and tell stories of people in business scenes.
